After drawing a rough design of what we wanted, I went to Lowes and bought everything I needed.
It basically involves a power converter that plugs in to a standard outlet.
The converter enables you to simply "plug-in" fixtures where ever you want them.
Then simply bury the cable.
And here is one of two Confederate Jasmine vines growing up the trellis in along the fence.
